Delivery / Shipping

We have worked hard to ensure you can easily access Australia’s most sustainable pet food and as such, we offer free shipping.

When will my order be dispatched/delivered?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and you will receive tracking details so that you can follow its journey from us to you.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney and will generally take 2-5 business days to reach metro areas, 5-9 days for all other areas.

We use a courier service to ship your order so please supply your street address. (PO Boxes are a challenge for couriers). Our couriers do not have a standard or set time of the day for delivery but usually deliver during business hours.

Delivery times may be subject to conflict with public holidays, so please keep this in mind when you place your order.

What if I have a special request for delivery?

During your checkout process there will be a special delivery instructions comment box for you to specify any special requests. We will do our best to meet your special requests though can’t guarantee the courier will be able to accommodate.

How will my order be packaged?

We strive to recycle packaging materials as much as we can and as such, try to use packaging from deliveries sent to us. Thank you for supporting our recycling program. Thank you for being part of a circular economy.
