By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
1. About Us Feed For Thought is an Australian online food and grocery retailer, delivering physical products to customers within Australia. For questions, contact us at info@feedforthought.com.au
2. Placing an Order By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over (or have parental consent), are located in Australia, and have provided accurate information. Orders are confirmed by email and we reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation is sent. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
3. Payment Full payment is required at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Delivery We deliver to addresses within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. For perishable goods, please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that a safe drop location is arranged. We are not responsible for spoilage due to failed delivery caused by customer circumstances. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description, we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
6. Allergens & Product Information We take care to keep product descriptions and allergen information accurate, but manufacturers may change formulations without notice. Always check product packaging upon receipt if you have allergies or dietary requirements.
7. Intellectual Property All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Feed For Thought. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Privacy Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
10. Changes & Governing Law We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
